1. Information handled
EDUVIA Counseling may process user identity and school data, appointments and requests for service, attendance, assessments, support status, notes entered by authorized staff, attachments, and activity logs, depending on features and roles.
2. Purposes of processing
Data is used to provide counseling services, manage access, document sessions, support assessments and follow-up, handle user requests, and protect the service.
3. Access and confidentiality
Access to counseling records is restricted according to institutional roles and authorization. Private or sensitive counseling notes must not be disclosed to unauthorized users. Schools should define appropriate access, use, correction, and deletion procedures under applicable rules.
4. Children and students
Where information about underage students is processed, schools are responsible for appropriate legal grounds, notices, and parental or guardian involvement when required. Counseling records must not be used beyond authorized purposes.
5. Storage, security, and service providers
Information is retained as required for services, institutional rules, and legal obligations. Security measures include appropriate access controls, although no system is risk-free. If hosting or technical support providers are used, necessary information may be processed for authorized service operations.
6. User rights and requests
Users or authorized representatives may request information, correction, or other privacy-related actions. Requests concerning student and counseling records may require identity checks and school coordination to protect the rights of students and third parties.
